1. For all the orders placed through this website, we offer delivery in four time slots: Morning (10 AM – 12 PM), Afternoon (1 PM – 3 PM), Evening (4 PM – 6 PM) and Night (7 PM – 9 PM) and through two delivery modes: standard delivery and premium delivery. You can choose any of the time slot and delivery mode, as per your requirement and convenience, while placing the order.
2. Your order can be delivered anytime during your chosen time slot; we do not guarantee a specific delivery time.
3. Please make sure that a responsible person is available at the delivery address to pickup/receive the cake during your chosen time slot.
4. We don’t provide 'doorstep' cake delivery. The driver will bring the car to the ground floor level of the given address/location (e.g. outside of your home/hotel/venue, below your tower/building etc.) and the recipient has to pick up the cake from the car.
5. If there is a particular instruction regarding delivery, you can inform us of the same at +91-9818155946 during our call timings, Monday - Sunday (11 am to 7 pm).
6. We and the delivery partner will make every effort to deliver your products within the chosen time slot. However, we will not be liable for any loss caused to you due to late delivery.
7. In case of a late delivery, the delivery charge will neither be voided nor refunded by Whisk Cake Studio.
8. All risk in the products shall pass to you after pickup/delivery.
9. Since cakes are perishable in nature, we attempt delivery of your order only once at the address provided by you. In the event the delivery is not executed due to any reason whatsoever, the order shall be considered complete, and re-delivery or a refund will not be an option. The order will be deemed executed and delivered in the following events:
   • Wrong address provided by the customer
   • Incorrect or unreachable phone number of the recipient
   • Recipient not available at the delivery address at the time of delivery or premises locked
   • Entry to the apartment premises not allowed by the recipient
   • Recipient refused to accept the product
   • Delivery of the cake at the gate, reception, neighbourhood of the premises because of any of the reasons mentioned above
10. If you fail to accept delivery of products at the time of delivery, or we are unable to deliver due to your failure to provide appropriate instructions, then such goods shall be deemed to have been delivered to you and all risk and responsibility in relation to such goods shall pass to you.
11. We reserve the right to take additional delivery charges if the delivery address is changed after placing the order or while the cake is out for delivery, or if re-attempts are required.
12. Please note that it might not be possible to deliver to some locations due of narrow lanes, extreme traffic, unavailability of good motorable road etc. In such a case, the delivery partner will inform you and you might need to receive the cake from the nearest point till where the car can reach safely with the cake.
13. In case of uncontrollable, force majeure situations like extremely bad weather, heavy rains, waterlogging, civil disorder, strikes/bandhs, curfews/traffic jams or festive/operationally heavy days, we might face delays in arranging delivery cars. We request your cooperation in such cases which are out of our control. In such cases, Whisk Cake Studio reserves the right to reschedule the delivery for a later time/date.

We have dedicated team members coordinating all the cake pickups and deliveries with clients. They might reach out to you over calls/WhatsApp to plan timely dispatches of cakes.

We offer two modes of delivery as explained below. Both modes are safe but we recommend premium delivery for more convenience.

• Standard Delivery: In this, we send the cakes through good AC cabs (booked on thirdparty delivery services like UBER). Once the driver reaches at your given address/location, you will need to get the cake picked up from the cab and pay the delivery charges directly to the driver. The delivery charges will be as per the UBER app at the time of your delivery. We have no control over the fare as it is solely decided by UBER/other similar delivery apps & depends on their fare algorithms, traffic conditions and surge pricing etc.
• Premium Delivery: In this, a trusted, expert driver brings the cake to you. The premium delivery charges are fixed (no dynamic pricing like UBER) as per location and are to be prepaid at the time of cake’s booking. Following are the delivery charges as per different areas: Gurgaon: 500, Central/South/West Delhi: 700, East/North Delhi: 900, Faridabad: 1000, Noida/Ghaziabad: 1200, Greater Noida: 1400

You can opt for standard or premium delivery on the checkout page while placing the order.

If you are sending the cake to someone as a gift, we strongly recommend that you choose premium delivery so that the handover of the cake is convenient and pre-paid for the recipients. Also, please only mention recipients’ mobile numbers while placing the order and inform them to be available during your chosen time slot of delivery.
Many times, people deny to receive surprise cakes because they are not aware who sent them the cake or are not available at the delivery venue at the delivery time slot by you. Please note we won't be responsible for such failed deliveries. It will be entirely your responsibility to manage such scenarios.

For big, multi-tier cakes, which might need our help at the venue, we send our team members/chefs to assemble and set them up at the venue. In such cases, there will be additional charges (service charges plus return fare for our staff) apart from the delivery charges for the cake.

1. Your order will be delivered anytime during your chosen time slot; our team will notify you the delivery details (ETA, driver's phone, approx delivery charges- in case of standard delivery) while sending the cake.
2. On reaching at your given address/location, the driver will call on the mobile number provided by you while placing the order.
3. Please send a responsible person to pick up the cake from the car. Never ask the driver to pick up the cake. They might mishandle and damage the cake.
4. Before pickup, please inspect your cake and contact us immediately at +91-9818115946 if it is damaged or you have received a wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you. In the event of any discrepancies or damages to your order caused during transit, we will try our best to assist you and make your experience with us a delightful one.
5. Pick up and carry the cake box very carefully, always keep it straight and supported by both hands- one hand at the bottom and one on a side. Cake can fall down if the box is slanted!
6. Once you have taken handover of the cake, we will mark it as the end of delivery process and won't be responsible for any issues or damages reported later.
7. You’ll find the candles and a wooden knife in a packet, taped on the cake box.
8. To bring the cake out from the box, carefully cut the box’s sides open using a sharp knife and gently slide the cake out by holding the cake board.

1. We offer curbside pickup at our cake studio in Central Plaza Mall, Golf Course Road, Gurgaon.
2. Before coming for pickup, please confirm by calling us at 9818115946 that your cake is ready.
3. When at the location, please wait on the main road and call us, our team will place the cake in your car.
4. On receiving the cake, please inspect it and let us know in case of any damages/discrepancies. We won't be responsible for any issues reported later.
5. Cake should be kept at the floor of the car. It should not be kept on uneven surfaces like car seats or laps of people.
6. AC in the car must be on all the time and its direction preferably should be towards the cake.
7. Please drive very carefully- avoid jerky movements like potholes, speed breakers, sudden breaks/accelerations & sharp turns.
8. Pick up and carry the cake box very carefully, always keep it straight and supported by both hands- one hand at the bottom and one on a side. Cake can fall down if the box is slanted!
