Cancellation and Refund

You can cancel the order 72 hours before the delivery time. You can do the same by calling us on +91-9311666960 during our communication timings, Monday - Sunday (11 am to 8 pm). If the order is placed within 72 hours of delivery time, it is non-cancellable/non-refundable.
A cancellation charge might be applicable subject to case-to-case basis and it is entirely up to Whisk Cake Studio’s discretion to decide on the quantum of it.
The amount will be refunded to you within 15 working days from the date of cancellation.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at +91-9311666960 if the item is damaged or you have received a wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
Since all the orders are customized as per the customer’s requirement, made only on order basis and are perishable in nature, there is no product return policy. Once the order is delivered, it will not be returned.
In the event of any discrepancies or damages to your order caused during transit, we will try our best to assist you and make your experience with us a delightful one.
Once you have taken handover of the cake, we will mark it as the end of delivery process and won't be responsible for any issues or damages reported later.
