This is how we roll! In my 360° program, the participants learnt everything about the topsy turvy cakes. They worked on a real cake that went to Delhi. Topsy turvy are probably the toughest cakes to master because of the complexities at every stage. Every such cake is a project of multiple days and you need to plan it to the tee. In real cakes, there are no re-takes because you are working on a timeline. The structure of the cake should be able to withstand the travel on bumpy roads. All the toppers must be placed securely. A perfect topsy turvy cake is a boost to your profile and places you way ahead of your competition. All this and so much more, in Whisk`s 360° program!
