1. Since all orders are customized as per the customer’s requirement and are perishable in nature, there is no product return policy. Once the order is delivered, it will not be returned.

2. You can cancel the order 36 hours before the delivery time. You can do the same by calling on 9599317727/9870155946. If the order is placed within 36 hours of delivery time, it is non-cancellable/non refundable.

3. A 5% cancellation charge will be applied to every cancellation. The charge might be higher on a case to case basis.

4.  The amount will be refunded to you in 3-5 working days from the date of cancellation.

5. It is entirely upto Whisk Cake Studio’s discretion, to change, cancel, refund or otherwise offer any other option to the customer.
